National Community Action Foundation Challenge

The National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) has issued a challenge to those who are advocates of the community services block grant. The questions asked in this challenge deserve to be answered by Community Action Agencies, and discussion of “investments”, “long term value” and “return” are the kind of language elected leaders will respond to. If you are going to the NCAF Legislative Conference in Washington DC next week, answers to these questions will help in meetings with Congressional representatives. The answers are equally important in VACAP meetings with state and local officials as well.
