The Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (Southeast RCAP), located in Roanoke, Virginia is currently seeking a Vice President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer to assist the President and CEO in guiding the agency and its activities. The agency is governed by a Board of Directors made up of representatives of communities throughout the Southeastern Region of the United States. Southeast RCAP provides services which help build the capacities of rural communities to assess and solve water and wastewater problems.
