Rooftop Toy Shop opens for Christmas shopping

Galax, Va.- Galax Gazette

The Rooftop Community Action Program's Toy Shop opened on Monday and accepts new and gently used, unwrapped toys.  The toys will be distributed throughout the holiday season and will make Christmas merrier for many little ones in the community.

CAPSAW plays a part in Valley Foundations Online Grant Application

The valley's four largest sources of charitable dollars are now working together to make a bigger impact.  The Community Foundation, the United Way, Community Action of Staunton Augusta and Waynesboro (CAPSAW) and the Augusta Health Foundation have introduced a common grant application.
